Soccer Game Preview: Amador vs. Galt

The Amador Buffaloes will venture away from home to square off against the Galt Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Amador is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

Amador fell victim to Rosemont and their airtight defense back in December of 2024. They lost 5-0 to the Wolverines.

Meanwhile, Galt unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They and Laguna Creek finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Warriors' first draw of the season.

Amador's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-1. Galt's draw gives them a new season record of 4-2-1.

Everything went Amador's way against Galt in their previous matchup back in December of 2016, as Amador made off with a 6-1 victory. In that game, Amador amassed a halftime lead of 4-1, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Wednesday.
