Volleyball Recap: Surry Central Golden Eagles vs. Forbush Falcons

If Surry Central was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of North Stokes on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Golden Eagles fell just short of the Forbush Falcons by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Golden Eagles in their meetings with the Falcons: they've now lost four in a row.

Surry Central wouldn't go down easily and took Forbush into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking three-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-22, 23-25, 12-25, 15-12.
