Sioux City East typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Sergeant Bluff-Luton proved too difficult a challenge. They put the hurt on the Black Raiders with a sharp 13-2 win. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 18 games by six runs or more this season.

Sergeant Bluff-Luton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Sioux City East, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 12-5.

Looking ahead, Sergeant Bluff-Luton will square off against West Lyon at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
