Basketball Recap: Northridge Academy Skates Past Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences with Ease

Northridge Academy entered their tilt with Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences on Monday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They breezed by the Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers to the tune of 80-11. With that win, the Pumas brought their scoring average up to 51.2 points per game.

Leading Northridge Academy to victory were Janelle Estrella and Delilah Hernandez. Estrella dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten boards, while Hernandez dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Estrella a new career-high in steals (eight). Haylin Hernandez was another key player, going 5 for 7 en route to 10 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals.
