Basketball Recap: Perkiomen School Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Friends' Central, Perkiomen School was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Mercersburg Academy Blue Storm by a score of 54-47.

Several Blue Storm players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Alli Caretti, who posted eight points and ten rebounds. Molly Castellanos was another key player, dropping a double-double on ten points and ten boards.

Perkiomen School's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2.

Perkiomen School wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 69-46 defeat against Wilbraham & Monson Academy on the 7th. As for Mercersburg Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-62 win against Lake Forest Academy on the 7th.
