Softball Recap: Hennessey's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After low-scoring totals in their previous three match, Hennessey brought some dynamite into their most recent game. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Millwood Falcons a 10-0 shutout on Monday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Hennessey's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Millwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Hennessey beat the Falcons by a score of 12-0 later that day.
