Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pittston). They couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 75-38 blowout they got against the Berwick Bulldogs. The Patriots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 25 points or more this season.

The win (which was Pittston's third in a row) raised their record to 9-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Berwick, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Pittston will look to defend their home court on Monday against Wyoming Valley West at 7:15 p.m. As for Berwick, they are taking a road trip to face off against Hazleton Area at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Hazleton Area will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Berwick surely won't give up without a fight.
