Volleyball Recap: Eustis' Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games + How To Watch

Eustis won the last time they faced Legacy Charter and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Eustis walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-18, 24-26, 25-15, 25-19.

Despite the loss, Legacy Charter had strong showings from Ambriah Nieves, who had 15 digs, and Annelise Chiarella, who had 14 digs and six kills. Chiarella is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least five every time she's taken the court this season.

Eustis' win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Legacy Charter, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eustis will venture away from home to take on Mount Dora at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup will give the Panthers their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Legacy Charter, they will head out to challenge Hampden DuBose Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
