Basketball Recap: Fresno Christian Takes a Loss

Fresno Christian suffered their biggest loss since November 30, 2023 on Thursday. They had to suffer through a 85-15 loss at the hands of the Caruthers Blue Raiders. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 47-3.

This is the second loss in a row for Fresno Christian and nudges their season record down to 8-10. As for Caruthers, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

Fresno Christian will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Fowler at 6:00 p.m. As for Caruthers, they will take on Lincoln at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Lincoln will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Caruthers surely won't give up without a fight.
