Basketball Recap: Ligonier Valley Takes a Loss

If Ligonier Valley was riding high fresh off their 51-17 takedown of East Allegheny last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Ligonier Valley Rams took a blow against the Homer-Center Wildcats on Friday, falling 49-16. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Ligonier Valley's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Homer-Center, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-7.

Ligonier Valley will head out to take on South Allegheny at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Homer-Center, they will square off against Portage at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
