Logan's contest on Saturday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. Their defense stepped up to hand the Horizon Science Academy Hawks a 3-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Logan, who have now won seven matches by three goals or more so far this season.

The victory (which was Logan's third in a row) raised their record to 9-2. As for Horizon Science Academy, they moved to 6-2-1 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
