Baseball Recap: The Habersham School Takes a Loss

The Habersham School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 16-1 to the Bradwell Institute Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-4 back in March.

The Habersham School saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was L Denmark, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

The Habersham School's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Bradwell Institute, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. The Habersham School will head out to square off against Central Georgia Arts at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The last four games Central Georgia Arts has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Bradwell Institute, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Bradwell Institute Tigers duke it out with Liberty County Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
