There's no place like home for North Georgia HomeSchool, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 victory over the Grace Christian Academy EAGLES on Thursday.
Rylan Duren was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now stolen at least one in the last three games he's played.
The win got North Georgia HomeSchool back to even at 4-4. As for Grace Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 3-3 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
North Georgia HomeSchool will be playing at home against Holy Spirit Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Grace Christian Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Arlington Christian at 5:00 p.m. on April 9th.
