Basketball Recap: Bald Eagle Area Takes a Loss

Bald Eagle Area was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 60-8 loss at the hands of the Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Bald Eagle Area's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Bishop Guilfoyle, the win keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bald Eagle Area is set to square off against their familiar foe Bishop Carroll at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bishop Guilfoyle will take on rival Philipsburg-Osceola at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
