Basketball Recap: Lincoln Park Performing Arts Comes Up Short

Lincoln Park Performing Arts was the 51-38 winner over Hopewell when they last played one another back in December of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. Lincoln Park Performing Arts had to suffer through a 42-14 loss at the hands of the Hopewell Vikings. The match marked Lincoln Park Performing Arts' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Despite the loss, Lincoln Park Performing Arts saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Patty Wesolowski posted 12 points.

This is the second loss in a row for Lincoln Park Performing Arts and nudges their season record down to 3-8. As for Hopewell, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-8.

Lincoln Park Performing Arts didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 51-35 defeat against Central Valley on the 20th. As for Hopewell, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 38-20 victory against Hampton on the 20th.
