Softball Game Preview: Glynn Academy Terrors vs. Richmond Hill Wildcats

The Glynn Academy Terrors are taking a road trip to square off against the Richmond Hill Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Glynn Academy is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Richmond Hill's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Wednesday: Glynn Academy hadn't allowed a single run the last three times they've hit the field. The Terrors didn't even let Long County on the board on Tuesday, marking the Terrors' second-straight 1-0 shutout.

Meanwhile, Richmond Hill hadn't done well against Effingham County recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Wildcats walked away with a 6-1 win over the Rebels.

Glynn Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Richmond Hill, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Glynn Academy skirted past Richmond Hill 1-0 in their previous meeting on Thursday. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Terrors since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
