Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Butler). They were the clear victors by a 13-4 margin over the Northwood-Kensett Vikings on Monday. The Bearcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by eight runs or more this season.

North Butler has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average over those games. As for Northwood-Kensett, their loss was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-11.

North Butler has already played their next game (against St. Ansgar), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
