Softball Recap: Norman North Takes a Loss

Mustang hit Norman North with a four-run fourth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Timberwolves took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Broncos. The Timberwolves haven't had much luck with the Broncos recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Norman North's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Mustang, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1.

Looking ahead, Norman North is taking a road trip to challenge Carl Albert at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Mustang, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Edmond Santa Fe at 6:30 p.m.
