Baseball Recap: Adrian Takes a Loss

Adrian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 10-4 to the St. Mary Catholic Central Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-3 on Tuesday.

Adrian saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Parker, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run. Another was Carter Howard, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Adrian's defeat dropped their record down to 13-15-1. As for St. Mary Catholic Central, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season.

Adrian will face off against Tecumseh at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for St. Mary Catholic Central, they will square off against Erie-Mason at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
