Volleyball Recap: Logansport Takes a Loss

Logansport lost against Kokomo back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Berries fell 3-1 to the Wildkats. The Berries just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Logansport started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 26-24, 25-19, 28-26.

Leading Kokomo to victory were Torre Willis and Tia Williams. Willis had 18 digs and two aces, while Williams had 18 digs and three aces. That's the most digs Williams has posted since back in August. Ava Federspill was another key player, getting six digs and four aces.

Logansport's defeat dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Kokomo, their record now sits at 8-11.

Looking ahead, Logansport will head out to square off against Delphi Community at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Kokomo, they will take on Fort Wayne Northrop in a tournament on Saturday.
