On FridayCross Keys kept up with Marist until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. Everything went the Marist War Eagles' way against the Cross Keys Phoenix as the Marist War Eagles made off with a 5-2 win. Considering the War Eagles have won four games by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Marist's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0. As for Cross Keys, they moved to 4-2 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

When Marist and Cross Keys next hit the pitch, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Marist will square off against Clarkston and their three-game winning streak at 8:00 p.m. on March 21st. Marist's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Cross Keys' offense will have their work cut out for them. Meanwhile, Cross Keys will try to stop Druid Hills' four-game winning streak when they meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
