Foothill lost against Rosamond back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Trojans fell 37-26 to the Roadrunners.

When it comes to explaining why Foothill lost, don't look at Marihya Portis. Despite the final result, she posted seven points and eight rebounds. Portis is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 29 games she's played dating back to last season.

Foothill's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Foothill will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sierra at 5:30 p.m. on December 1. As for Rosamond, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Eastside at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
