Football Recap: Bondurant-Farrar Takes a Loss

Bondurant-Farrar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the North Polk Comets, falling 47-7. While losing is never fun, the Bluejays can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa football rankings (they are ranked 104th, while the Comets are ranked sixth).

Bondurant-Farrar's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for North Polk, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bondurant-Farrar will face off against rival Carlisle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, North Polk is set to square off against their familiar foe Des Moines North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
