The Randolph Ghosts will venture away from home to face off against the Harwood Highlanders at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The last three games Randolph has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
While Randolph's win against Hazen wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Ghosts beat the Wildcats on Friday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 4-2.

Dylan Delaney made a splash no matter where he played. He pitched 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Delaney was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and one RBI. He is becoming a predictor of Randolph's success: when he posts at least two stolen bases the team is undefeated (and 2-3 when he doesn't).
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Tanner Langlois, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. That stolen base was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Drew Langlois, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Harwood). Everything went their way against Lake Region on Tuesday as they made off with a 13-6 victory. The Highlanders haven't had any issues with the Rangers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Like Randolph, Harwood also got a great game from a two-way player: Ryan Lacey. On the mound, he pitched four innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. Lacey was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.3 stolen bases per game.
In other batting news, Graycen Van Solkema was a standout: he got on base in four of his five plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Jack Lacey was another key player, going 1-for-3 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run.
Randolph's record is now 5-3. As for Harwood, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
Randolph might still be hurting after the 13-3 loss they got from Harwood when the teams last played back in May of 2025. Can the Ghosts avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
