Football Game Preview: Northwest Halifax Vikings vs. Northampton County Jaguars + How To Watch

Northwest Halifax is 0-9 against Northampton County since September of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Vikings will face off against the Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. Northwest Halifax has given up an average of 27.6 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Northwest Halifax came up short against Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy on Saturday, falling 46-20.

Meanwhile, Northampton County played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Warren County, falling 51-8. Having soared to a lofty 40 points in the game before, the Jaguars couldn't push the score so high this time.

Northampton County's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Northwest Halifax, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Northwest Halifax came up short against Northampton County when the teams last played back in September of 2024, falling 26-20. Thankfully for the Vikings, Jiyoun Williams (who rushed for 82 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
