Basketball Recap: West Hills Sets Scoring Season-High Against Monte Vista

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Hills). They took their match on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 77-13 win over the Monte Vista Monarchs. The Wolf Pack have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Jordan Dillon was her usual excellent self, going 13 for 20 en route to 31 points and seven steals. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 40.4% three-point shooting accuracy. Ava Kinser was another key player, going 6 of 12 to rack up 16 points and three steals.

West Hills has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.2 points over those games. As for Monte Vista, they dropped their record down to 3-20 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.
