Baseball Recap: Jefferson County Takes a Loss

Jefferson County fell victim to Bleckley County and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bleckley County Royals, falling 26-0. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Royals recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Jefferson County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Bleckley County, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

While Jefferson County had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
