Soccer Game Preview: Lockland vs. Northwest

The Lockland Panthers are taking a road trip to challenge the Northwest Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lockland's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Lockland fell victim to Middletown Christian and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 8-0.

Meanwhile, Northwest kept a clean sheet against Hughes on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the BIG RED. Considering Northwest have won six contests by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lockland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Northwest, their victory bumped their record up to 10-2-2.
