Soccer Recap: Mead Comes Up Short

Mead was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They fell 4-2 to the Frederick Golden Eagles. Mead were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Frederick apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Mead's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9-1. As for Frederick, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 5-9-1.

As of now, neither Mead nor the Golden Eagles have any future games scheduled.
