             Stockton Christian came into Monday's   game looking for another win against Quarry Lane, but  Annie Zhang wouldn't allow it. The Quarry Lane Cougars strolled past the Stockton Christian Eagles with  points to spare on Monday, taking the game  46-30 thanks in part to  Zhang, who  earned 22 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which  she has scored at least a third of Quarry Lane's points.
 Stockton Christian's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Chyanna Hall Moore, who  earned ten points.  Aliya Meeks was another key player,  scoring six points.
 Quarry Lane pushed their record up to 3-1 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  at home dating back to last season.  Quarry Lane won't have much time to rest: their next  contest is against Delta Charter  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Quarry Lane has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Stockton Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Summerville  at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Summerville will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something Stockton Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
