Shalom Christian Academy entered their tilt with Camp Hill on Tuesday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Camp Hill Lions by a score of 39-26. Given the Flames' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 79th, while the Lions are ranked 452nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Shalom Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Addison Adams led the charge by putting up 12 points and four steals. Adams has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last five times she's played. Another player making a difference was Sydney Moore, who posted eight points and three steals.

Despite the loss, Camp Hill saw an underclassman step up: freshman Elle Shover put up nine points.

Shalom Christian Academy's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-2. As for Camp Hill, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shalom Christian Academy will welcome Cumberland Valley Christian at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Camp Hill, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Boiling Springs at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Boiling Springs is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.9 points per game this season.
