Pueblo Central won the last time they faced Discovery Canyon and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wildcats came out on top against the Thunder by a score of 11-8. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Sophia Perez and Maliyah Sandoval did most of the damage at the plate: Perez went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple, while Sandoval went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most RBI Sandoval has posted since back in September of 2024.
