Soccer Game Preview: Alpharetta vs. Johns Creek

The Alpharetta Raiders will venture away from home to square off against the Johns Creek Gladiators at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Alpharetta is leaving town to face Johns Creek after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. Alpharetta fell just short of Blessed Trinity by a score of 4-3 on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Titans: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Johns Creek put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Johns Creek who was credited with the victory. Johns Creek got it done in the shootout by posting one goals to Dothan's zero.

Alpharetta came up short against Johns Creek in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, falling 3-1. Can Alpharetta avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
