Soccer Recap: Chowchilla Comes Up Short

Chowchilla was the 2-1 winner over Fowler when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Chowchilla Tribe came up short against the Fowler Redcats on Tuesday, falling 5-1. The Tribe have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Arely Franco, who's now up to 13 this season.

Chowchilla's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Fowler, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-8.

Chowchilla has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Coalinga on the 15th. As for Fowler, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against McLane on the 15th.
