Basketball Recap: De Anza Starts Season with Loss on the Road

De Anza had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a 56-10 loss at the hands of the Hercules Titans. The Dons just can't catch a break and have now endured 11 defeats in a row dating back to last season.

The victory snapped Hercules' losing streak at 18 games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-1 record.

De Anza will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Kennedy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hercules, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will square off against Albany at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
