The Peach County Trojans will head out on the road to take on the Upson-Lee Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Peach County is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11 runs per game this season.

Peach County lost 13-1 to Lamar County on Wednesday. Peach County has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Peach County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Faith Corley, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run.

Meanwhile, Upson-Lee came up short against Flint River Academy on Wednesday, falling 16-7.

Emma Blanchard was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. Carsen Barfield was another, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Peach County's defeat dropped their record down to 15-10. As for Upson-Lee, their loss dropped their record down to 4-19.

Peach County took their win against Upson-Lee in their previous matchup on September 10th by a conclusive 12-4 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
