Soccer Recap: Temple City Comes Up Short

Temple City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Monrovia Wildcats. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Rams couldn't quite close it out.

Temple City's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8-1. As for Monrovia, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Temple City will take on Blair at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Monrovia, they will square off against La Canada at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
