After only one run in their last contest, Arlington made sure to put some runs up on the board against Aquinas on Saturday. The Eagles narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Monarchs 10-8. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Monarchs, too.
The team relied heavily on Savannah Lang, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in September of 2024. Lauren Pittman also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.
