Softball Recap: Pawhuska Has No Trouble Against Chelsea

Pawhuska not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since September 25, 2024 (when they won 19-1). Everything went their way against the Chelsea Dragons as they made off with an 11-1 win. The Huskies' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Katie Drummond was a standout: she went 1-for-2 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Sidney Big Eagle, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Pawhuska always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .619. The last time their OBP was this high was back in September of 2024.

The victory got Pawhuska back to even at 2-2. As for Chelsea, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
