Softball Recap: Northwest Webster Takes a Loss

Northwest Webster blew West Hancock out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Saturday West Hancock got their revenge. The Cougars fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 2-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Cougars were not able to get on the board.

Northwest Webster's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for West Hancock, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-12.

Northwest Webster didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-3 defeat against Greene County on the 24th. As for West Hancock, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 12-0 loss against North Union on the 23rd.
