Soccer Game Preview: Kennedy vs. Hercules

Kennedy hasn't had much luck against Hercules recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Kennedy Eagles will head out on the road to square off against the Hercules Titans at 6:00 p.m. Kennedy is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games.

Kennedy's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They came out on top against St. Patrick-St. Vincent by a score of 2-0. That's two games straight that the Eagles have won by exactly two goals.

Meanwhile, for the first time since back in December of 2024, Hercules was forced to settle for a draw on Tuesday. They and Vallejo finished up on equal footing with a 4-4 draw.

Kennedy is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those eight games. With that draw, Hercules' record moves to 5-6-2.
