Worth County's game  on Thursday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Monday. They never let the Baconton Charter Blazers get on the board and left with  a   9-0  win. This was a revenge game for the Rams: when they faced off against the Blazers  two weeks ago, they had to take a  2-1  loss.
 Laurie Pritchard made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Pritchard was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-3 with one  run, one  double,  and one  RBI. That  run marked the first that  she has  scored this season.
 In other batting news,  Sher'Miah Donaldson was a standout: she got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with two  runs and one  stolen base. Another player making a difference was  Isabelle Hancock, who  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  RBI.
 Worth County  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .583. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Worth County's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Baconton Charter, their defeat was  their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 1-3.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Worth County will face off against Jeff Davis at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Baconton Charter, they will head out to  face off against Randolph-Clay  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
