Hastings's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. Everything went their way against Duchesne/Roncalli as they made off with a 12-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won 11 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

BROOKE OCHSNER made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. OCHSNER was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Hastings got a big performance out of BROOKLYN RUTT, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with three RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most RBI RUTT has posted over her last 13 matchups. EMILY KRATZER was another key player, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

Hastings always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .720. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Duchesne/Roncalli only posted an OBP of .273.

Hastings' record is now 18-6. As for Duchesne/Roncalli, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-12.

Hastings has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Crete on the 27th. As for Duchesne/Roncalli, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 5-2 loss against Bishop Neumann on the 27th.
