Football Recap: Trinidad Comes Up Short

Trinidad was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were beaten by the Bynum Bulldogs 62-12. The Trojans lost against the Bulldogs in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 36-34 score last time.

Trinidad's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Bynum, they moved to 2-6 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Trinidad is set to challenge their familiar foe Mount Calm at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st. Meanwhile, Bynum will face off against rival Oakwood at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st.
