Volleyball Recap: Kennard Comes Up Short

Kennard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Normangee Panthers.

While Kennard was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Normangee's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-19, 25-21.

Karley Ross was a one-woman wrecking crew For Normangee. as she had 22 digs. Ross has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last five times she's played.

Kennard's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Normangee, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-19 record this season.

Kennard will square off against Onalaska at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Normangee, they will face off against Crockett at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
