Basketball Recap: Sterne Comes Up Short

Sterne lost against Burton back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Dolphins took a blow against the Pumas, falling 60-15.

Sterne's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Burton, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-6.

Sterne will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mission at 5:30 p.m. on January 7, 2026. As for Burton, they will be home for the holidays to greet San Mateo at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
