Jefferson strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Thomson Bulldogs a 19-0 shutout. Fans of the Dragons have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Jefferson's victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

Coming up, Jefferson will face off against Walnut Grove at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Thomson, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Elbert County at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
