Soledad had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They claimed a resounding 48-21 win over the Rancho San Juan Trailblazers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Aztecs also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Soledad was led to victory by Justina Botello-Naranjo and Delylah Ocampo. Botello-Naranjo posted ten points, while Ocampo scored ten points. Aliyah Velarde was another key player, putting up seven points.

Soledad has already played their next matchup, a 58-42 victory against St. Francis on the 24th. As for Rancho San Juan, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Los Banos at 7:00 p.m. on December 2.
