Soccer Recap: Rancho San Juan Takes a Loss

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Rancho San Juan was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Monterey Dores by a score of 1-0. The Trailblazers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Dores apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Rancho San Juan's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2-1. As for Monterey, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Rancho San Juan will take on Hollister at 5:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Monterey, they will square off against Salinas at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Salinas is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.7 goals per game this season.
