Baseball Recap: Spencer Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Spencer's offense. They came up short against the Rhinelander Hodags on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The shutout was out of character for the Rockets seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in April.

Spencer's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Rhinelander, their win bumped their record up to 16-2.

Coming up, Spencer will face off against Rosholt at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Rockets' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Hornets have averaged an impressive 6.8 runs per game this season. Rhinelander does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
